Welcome to Catnipper! By accessing or playing this game, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline your responsibilities as a user and our commitments as developers. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Catnipper, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our platform.

2. Game Availability & Modifications

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to Catnipper, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary downtime. Whenever possible, we will announce maintenance periods in advance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate game mechanics, features, or services at our sole discretion. This may include changes to:

Game mechanics such as experience gained and vitals (Health, Mana, Stamina, Energy).
Introduction of new features, items, or gameplay rules.
Season structures or rewards distribution.

3. Season Rewards

Catnipper guarantees the distribution of rewards for each Season as outlined in the game rules. For Season 1, 2,000,000 ZTH has been securely locked in the Zether token locker and will be distributed among the top 25 players at the end of the season.

While we aim to maintain and improve the platform for future seasons, unforeseen circumstances may arise. By participating, you acknowledge this possibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All game assets, including but not limited to:

Frontend design, scripts, and mechanics.
NFTs (Catnippers, wearable items, consumable items).
Boss designs, names, and branding (including the Catnipper logo).

These assets are the exclusive property of Catnipper.com, owned by VOGO Sp. z o.o. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action under EU and international copyright laws.

5. User Responsibilities

By playing Catnipper, you agree to:

Abide by all game rules and guidelines as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Refrain from using unauthorized methods (e.g., bots, hacks) to gain an advantage.
Respect other players and avoid any form of harassment or misconduct.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Catnipper is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be free of errors or interruptions, nor do we guarantee specific outcomes or achievements.

Under no circumstances shall Catnipper, its owners, or its developers be liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions. Refunds for credit card payments may be considered where legally applicable.

If refunds become available for specific cases, they will be processed in accordance with applicable EU and international laws.

8. Privacy

Catnipper prioritizes your privacy and does not collect personal information beyond what is essential for gameplay. By using the platform with MetaMask or similar wallets, you remain anonymous. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from the use of Catnipper will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
